Bookings

If you would like to book some time at Casa Violeta, please check the bookings calendar first. If the dates you want appear to be free, then please contact us, either by E-mail, or phone us at (678) 421 9954 (you will usually get a faster reply by e-mail). Let us know what dates you would like, and we will confirm for sure if have availability. Once we have found some dates, we ask for a $150 deposit to confirm your booking. Deposit is refundable up to two months before departure, and nonrefundable after that date. We then ask that you pay the balance due one month before the start of your holiday.

Rates for Casa Violeta in 2009/2010 are $1049/week high season (Thanksgiving to Easter), and $599/week low season (the rest of the year). (Those rates include 7% tourist room tax charged by the government of Puerto Rico). We normally ask a minimum booking of five days, though shorter bookings may be possible by negotiation depending on season and other bookings. Please note, we are also open to holiday exchanges.

Please make all checks payable to : Terradigm, Inc, and mail to: Terradigm, Inc., PO Box 803, Norcross, GA 30091, USA. (Terradigm is our management company). You may also pay by credit card. If you wish to pay by credit card, please download our credit card form, fill out and fax it back to us.

If you have a very large group requiring more than one house, then we may still be able to help. There is a good possibility you could rent both Casa Violeta and Compañeros at the same time if we both have availability. We also have friends among other people locally who rent out holiday homes, and if you ask we can probably find a second house within five minutes walk.
